NAME
isascii - ASCII character test
SYNOPSIS

isascii(int c);
DESCRIPTION
The isascii() function tests for an ASCII character, which is any
character in the range from 0 to 0177, inclusive.
RETURN VALUES
The isascii() function returns zero if the character tests false or non-
zero if the character tests true.
